The track record for the Medalist funds reflects the performance of the Candlewood Structured Credit Harvest Fund, Ltd. and Candlewood Structured Credit Opportunity Fund, LP for the periods from their 2012 and 2016 launches, respectively, when such funds were managed under Candlewood. No other persons other than the investment professionals at Medalist played a significant part in the performance of such funds.

Estimated performance labeled as net is shown after the application of approximated Fund expenses, management fees and incentive fees.
