ASSET-BASED PRIVATE CREDIT
In asset finance, we originate, fund, and/or purchase asset-based loans and leases spanning commercial real estate, residential real estate and other specialty assets such as commercial equipment, aircraft, auto, consumer and receivables factoring, among others. We focus primarily on senior secured private credit exposure to assets which are high cash flow, amortizing and income generating.
STRUCTURED CREDIT
In structured credit, we take a diversified approach to the ABS opportunity set primarily through securities backed by loans and leases across residential real estate, commercial real estate, student loans, aircraft, commercial equipment and other sectors.
